How To Promote Affiliate Products Through Youtube

So we are going to be using this make affiliate commissions. So let get used to some of the networks. My personal favorites are :

JVZoo.com

ClickBank.com

Clicksure.com

I will focus on JVZoo so you may want to just get set up with them for now and then follow along and do the others later.

First let’s get used to JVZoo then we will pick a product to rank for and sell It.

When you get to your JVZoo Back office you will see tab titled Affiliates. Click on it and you will see a drop down menu. Select the “find products” tab.

You are going to need to understand a few things before you get going. If you have purchased affiliate products in the past and have glazed over the numbers… Stop doing that ! Time to start pulling in big paydays, and for that to happen, you need to know what the hell these numbers mean and how to use them.

Not knowing your numbers will destroy you before you even start. We don’t want that to happen. So we will go over each listing for you to fully understand how to succeed with affiliate marketing.

Important Notes :

Launched: Means the date the product was released.

Sold: How many units sold which is not that important really.

Conversion: We Care a lot!! This will tell us what our efforts should yield us per customer that visits the offer. Meaning… Will it sell? With this method we will need past numbers of Vendors. Because we will all be set-up and ready to sell before the store opens and there won’t be a damn thing any of our competitors can do about it!

EPC: (Earnings per click) this is the dollar amount each body you send to this offer should bring you. Give or take a few cents here and there.
Let’s look at a high converting offer first.

So we know that one sells, converts and almost no one refunds it. This is a vendor we would like to promote for. Now go thru and make a list of 10 offers you would like to promote. Make sure you note the vendor’s names. We will want to be a part of any launch in the future.

Getting approval: This is easy when you go about it properly. So when you request approval. Let them know what you will be doing who you are and why you choose their product to promote. This is key.
Now pick a product to rank for and dominate before anyone else.For this we are going to use JV launching sites. These are set-up so we can get info early and get all of our traffic in order. Not to mention find out about bonus prizes we fully plan on winning , our favorite is the munch eye Launch Calendar.

Once here you will see all the upcoming launches and how you can get on board. We like to get as many hangouts ranked for as many as we can. So sign-for a bunch and then get your hangouts locked in at #1 so you start seeing emails about payments being made to you. This is what you will see and what to do.

Now click on any of the links. On the day of choice. And you will be taken to the product description page.

Head to the JV page link. This will tell you all about the products, what affiliate network they are using, how to get your links, commission structures and prizes you could win. Apply for your links and then it is time to build you cash !

Now you will also need to mess around with google and make sure you have YouTube all ready to go.
Now head into your Google Account.
And this will be the screen you are looking for.

Then take your mouse up to the upper left hand corner of the screen and hover over the red g+ sign.

Click on the Hangouts on air link and on the next page you will be asked to start an on air broadcast go ahead and click that button.

You will then be taken to a screen that looks like this

Important Note :

Make sure you title your hangout exactly what you want it to be searched for. Nothing else. We will get into the finer points when we edit our uploaded video, but for now just make sure the title is correct.


Now simply press the green button.

This will not make it air live. This is how you get that fast indexing and ranking so pay close attention to this part.

After you push that button the broadcast will begin preparing itself. Usually only takes about 10 seconds, sometimes a little longer, but no longer than a minute.

Once there you are going to see this screen.

Now that we are here the magic will happen. Click the blue link that says embed. You will get 2 options. A URL link that you can use to post your video to things like Facebook posts, Twitter accounts and Google account. This is important because to get ranked fast and see super speed indexing you will want to blast this bad boy to all the social signals you can. 

I don’t have any social signals and what are they?

Social Signals: These are social networking sites and Google loves them! Now to get a bunch set real fast and save you some linking time and effort. We are going to add the secret sauce. Onlywire. This is not needed as you are more than welcome to do all the linking yourself. This is just for those of you, who like us only want to work once (if that) and get results time and time again. 

This is not about onlywire and they have great support and an awesome intro to get you started. Onlywire.com

They will post to 50 social networks at one time so you push a button and Boom!

You are done with the social side of things. If you don’t want to manually set up these social, because like us you don’t really like silly tasks that take forever. Head to Fiverr.com and type in. Set-up social bookmark accounts. You will find someone there who will do it all for you.

Now that we have the URL out of the way it is time to go and embed this not live video on your web properties (websites). This is the easiest thing in the world to do if you are new so don’t panic I am about to show exactly how to do this.

This step is not needed just helps to keep you listed and moves you up faster. Now the same embed link you used for your URL has and embed code. It looks like this.

Copy that code and head to your nearest Wordpress site content area on either a new page or new post. In that content area you will see 2 tabs. Select the text/html tab.

Then paste that code you just copied into that section. Once you have done that go back to the visual tab and enter the keyword title. Then add about 250 to 300 words about the video. Publish your page and we are almost ready to launch this thing. We have one step to go before we go live and do our review or video.

We need to ping this and make sure the world knows this is happening.

So copy the URL one more time. Seen in the image above and then head to Ping-o-matic.com

Type in the title of your post/video/Hangout and the in the next bar paste in your URL. Then select all the boxes and ping it. Done.

Now do your video review or whatever you have planned. 

Doing the review is simple. Just tell people what is great about the product and why you find it so valuable. Let them know what the problem they have been facing is and how you provide the solution. That’s it! To start your broadcast and make it public simply press the big red start broadcast button.

You do not need to be on the video. You have the option to share your screen and never need to be seen if you don’t want to. Once you have completed the video press the big red end broadcast button. Now head over to YouTube and wait for it to show up in your videos. We want to tag it properly and give a description that helps boost your ranking… Not to mention add your links.

Go to the video Manager settings in YouTube and click on the video you just did.

We will be editing the info and setting portion.

Below your video you will find the title of the hangout. Leave it alone. No need to change it at all.

Go down to the content box and enter you title again. Then enter a decent sized description 75 to 100 words and add you affiliate link at the bottom calling them to action. Click the link below to get your copy Now!!

Done now we just need to tag it and we are finished and we can go search and see where we are at on Google.

The tags are all the same as our video title with a few moderations, but not needed. This one is tagged 3 times as I am testing stuff out, but normally I will only tag it the same as the title and leave it be. YouTube has suggested the hangout tags. Delete them and just add your title tag then head to Google and see where you are at. The quickest page 1 #1 listing I have received was 13 mins.

My advice is to start with a simple keyword so you get it done see some results and then you can start pushing harder ones. Now Go Rank some hangouts fast and make some affiliate Bank.
